BLACK CRAPPIE

Only 2 black crappie were sample, ranging in size from 4.3 to 11.8 inches in length. The body condition of these fish was average.

BLUEGILL

Good

The bluegill population sampled in the fall survey ranged in size from 5.9 to 9.4 inches in length with an average body condition. The current bluegill population is rated as good. A future improvement in the bass population size structure and annual aquatic vegetation control should help the bluegill size structure.

CHANNEL CATFISH

Good

The channel catfish population sampled ranged in size from 15.4 to 22.4 inches in length. The average body condition of these fish was good.

LARGEMOUTH BASS

Average

The largemouth bass population appears to be defined by a high percentage of fish from 8.3 to 15.0 inches in length. The body condition of these fish was average. The collection rate indicates a high density.

REDEAR SUNFISH

Good

Redear sunfish sampled ranged in size from 6.3 to 8.7 inches in length. The average body condition of these fish was good.
